We are sorry to hear about your disappointment on your stay with us. I have met you personally before charging the fees to explain that the armchair’s stains cannot be cleaned, and that we need to reorder an armchair cover ; at the time when we spoke, you agreed the fees without complaining, that is why we are quite surprised to read such fierce feedback. With regards to your observation on the daily cleaning, I share it with our Housekeeping Manager, however I can confirm that the cleaning has been done daily, and our maid spent a long time in your Suite, not to mention the smoking smell. We reminded you that our residence was 100% non-smoking and you did not complain either about the smoking fee applied for the extra hours of cleaning. Once again, I would like to renew our apologies for not being able to meet your expectations. We have tried to manage the different situations the smoothest way we can, unfortunately it seems that it was not enough.
