Le Fairmont Grand Hotel Geneva offre un niveau de confort très élevé. Chambres spacieuses, bien agencées, d'une propreté immaculée. Les "amenities" sont nombreuses tant dans la salle de bains que dans la penderie. Décoration florale très belle. Petites attentions délicates dans la chambre (fruits, chocolats...). Le personnel est très discret mais professionnel. Tout est fait pour la détente. L'hôtel est un havre de paix et propose de nombreux services (pharmacie, coiffeur, SPA avec piscine intérieur, patio...). Le restaurant italien est délicieux et dispose d'une terrasse vue sur le lac, le "lounge" propose une cuisine fraiche et simple, le petit déjeuner buffet est varié. C'est l'une des meilleures adresses de Genève, à quelques pas du centre ville mais aussi du parc et du jardin botanique. Grand parking couvert.

Today I put the “ don’t disturb “ sign by my room & came back an hour later and found out that someone got into my room from housekeeping without my permission!!!! And what I got is an apology!!! Very disrespectful! I had so many private things in my room etc . I used to come to this hotel before & some of my jewelry was stolen ( a few years back) and of course I never got them back , so it seems that this hotel doesn’t respect their clients & maybe that is an internal agreement between the stuff & they support each other in invading the client’s privacy and finding reasons for that !

After relaxing at the Spa, we enjoyed a wonderful brunch. Carmelo was very professional and provided excellent wine advice. Everything was excellent: risotto with truffle shavings and seafood charcuterie!!! I recommend the terrace and the Sunday brunch without hesitation.
