Alexis from reception is AMAZING! He went the extra mile to make my friend comfortable despite not being able to speak a foreign language. Alexis made sure additional requests such as massages (as the hotel does not have an in-house spa) and courier pick-ups were as smooth as possible. What a man!

The place is very strategic, close to shopping centers and close to my work. It's not wrong to choose a place here, highly recommended for friends who have needs here.

It's OK, the normal standard for this brand. I read the reviews saying there is a Swiss one-day transportation card, but I didn't receive it by email. I asked for it when I checked in. They said they would send it to me, but they didn't give it to me until I checked out. Forget it, I just passed by.

A great hotel with stunning views and convenient transportation, less than 10 minutes from Geneva Station. And the front desk helped upgrade to a lake view suite, and the view experience is unparalleled.

The facilities, environment and services are relatively old. The room is very small.

The location of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is very central. It is next to the Mont Blanc Bridge. Just across the bridge is the Flower Clock. It is only a ten-minute walk to Dior. The service here is very good. From the front desk to the concierge, they are polite and allowable. I delayed check-out until 1:30. There is also a Chinese restaurant Hongyun next to it, which is quite delicious. The only drawback is the hotel restaurant. The food in the restaurant on the first floor is very average. Breakfast is not a buffet, but is ordered from the menu. The advantage is that other hotels charge extra for ordering omelettes, but here it is included in the breakfast.

The location is very good, the room can see Lake Geneva and the Jet d'Eau Fountain, but parking is inconvenient, there is no parking lot, you have to park in a public parking lot far away, or in a parking space in the courtyard, you can park for up to 2 hours at a time, and pay a parking fee every 2 hours, about two to three hundred RMB a day. And the house price is several times that of the Ritz-Carlton in Berlin~
