"We traveled from Geneva Airport, there is free shuttle service provided. Just wait outside the arrival exit, u can catch the shuttle bus. It is very near to the airport yet not fair from the city centre. The hotel provides City pass to its guests who pay city tax, with the pass, we can take tram/bus/train within the Geneva City. Our visit to Geneva this time is mainly to attend the Watches and Wonders even 2025, which the bus stop of the shuttle bus to Palexpo is just around the corner. The hotel is new and clean, same as most of the Switzerland hotel, they don't provide slippers as shower cap, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. We bought the breakfast, it is not much variety but taste good, simple be nice."

"It is Ok distance to the airport (although physically near you have to get the bus/shuttle as there is a highway in between). It is quite cheap for Geneva."

"It’s a hotel at great location , just in front of Main train station, where you can catch all kinds of trains or may arrive to get to the hotel. They will provide you the free pass to travel to trams or bus for free for the days you are staying in the hotel."

"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Warwick. The location is truly unbeatable, with the train station just a few steps away—perfect for easy and convenient travel around the city. We were also pleasantly surprised and very grateful for the early check-in, which made our arrival much more comfortable. The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, always ready to help with a warm attitude. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a cozy space to relax after a long day. "I had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Geneva Airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making check-in and my overall stay very comfortable. The facilities were clean, modern, and well maintained, which made the room feel cozy and relaxing. Additionally, the airport shuttle service was very convenient and reliable, making transportation to and from the airport stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Geneva."

"We came before check-in and i asked if we can check-in already if there are available rooms and she said no. But while we were there are the lobby, she checked-in some groups and 2 gentlemen who came after us. I indicated in my booking our early check-in request but she didnt allow us. Further, she did not send the city pass prior check-in unlike in the hotel in montreux who sent us the montreux riviera cards days ahead. When i followed-up, she said the city will send it. How are we suppose to get it from the city. When i told my family about it, thats the only time she approached us and said that she will email it."

"Location is the best. Nearby bus stop and across from a mall. Easy to access food and public transport. Free Geneva transport card for your stay too. Clean basic room and fast check-in and check-out process. Highly recommended."

"Great location just a few hundred metres from the main railway station. Tram stop right outdoors and surrounded by good range of shops and restaurants. Rooms are air conditioned, spacious and have good facilities such as safe, fridge and good wardrobe space. Bathroom is decent size although shower position confusing as spray often caused the floor to be get wet. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but did have to ask for normal tea as only flavoured offered. Our room was facing the street and although on the 4th floor was quite noisy. Staff on reception were nice and helpful and we benefited from the free Geneva travel card for our stay."
