This restaurant is extremely overpriced Ordered soup for $35 that tasted like it was from a can. Avoid this restaurant if you can. Food quality and servings are definitely NOT worth the price I would never go back 👎🏻 Complete Rip-Off 🚮 …….

The Collection Suite which I stayed at Woodward has the best view of Lac Léman. I can see the Geneva water fountain directly from the balcony of my room. The room is quite nice , contemporary elegant style with home a**osphere. The location is very convenient, just walking distance for shopping. All of the staff are very professional and friendly to me.

We had a great stay at the Woodward, travelling 2 adults and 2 kids. The hotel is 500 meters away from the most busy part of the lake promenade, which we liked, as there was less noise during night time. The hotel is of very high quality, build from quality material, which you cannot always say of new hotels. Suites are big and lights, heating, wifi etc is top notch. Check in/out was effective and personal. There is a kids menu and a small main menu. Kids special request was managed well. Only surprise was the long service time during breakfast, but we just decided to have breakfast at the room, however missing out on the lovely view you have from the breakfast restaurant. Our transfer did not show up when departing, but the hotel arranged for a large taxi within minutes. The gym was closed due to maintenance, but the reception arranged for us to have some equipment to our suite. 5 star hotel and 5 star service. We will return.

We have to say the hotel and the “rooms” based staff were absolutely faultless. The room was stunning, spa and the amenities great. We will be back. It’s worth noting that perhaps they have some work to do in their main restaurant (we are in the Rubichon restaurant too and that was great), the service was a bit chaotic, most mornings people were moaning for wrong orders, waiting or not even being seated. We also visited there for drinks on the terrace and every time (even though seated by team) we had to go find someone to place and order. A few times a manager would walk through at speed through and ignore everyone, leaving the waited running around. Now this aside the hotel itself - wow. I just feel at this price it should all be good.

We wanted someplace fancy so read all the reviews for the usual suspects… the Four Seasons, the Ritz, and the Mandarin, but then I read a few raves for the new Woodward hotel directly across the street from Lake Geneva and, throwing caution to the wind (it is not inexpensive), I booked it. When we arrived it was instantly clear that The Woodward was going to be something special. The rooms are stunning and huge. The bathrooms are about the size of a NYC studio and come complete with not only a giant tub, but an entire makeup station. Oh, and the hair dryers are made by Dyson. (I would say more about the toilet situation but think that I should leave some pleasant surprises.) The spa has everything you can think of and then some. (Unlike US hotels, guests are free to use the spa facilities even without a booked trea**ent.) Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Special shout-out to Thibault and Talia at reception. If you can get the package with airport pickup service and breakfast included. Simply put, this hotel sets a new standard.
