Posizione davvero centrale ma i problemi sono troppi: 1) difficile da trovare visto che l'insegna è a 20 metri dall'ingresso e questo è un semplice portone di un palazzo 2) camera davvero sporca con macchie in bagno che sembravano di sangue 3) muffa in bagno con muri scrostati 4) bagno troppo piccolo e un sistema di scarico del water che viene indicato come delicato. Se usi troppa carta si intasa e ti addebitano 300€ di idraulico. (Tutto indicato da un cartello) 5) water non fissato a terra... 7) porte con una chiusura "casalinga" 8) macchia di sangue sul cuscino... Ragazzo in reception molto cortese. Non ci tornerei

Ubicato a pochi minuti dalla centralissima piazza De Ferrari, si trova al secondo piano di un antico edificio molto signorile. Camera piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort (compresa una doccia ultramoderna!), struttura pulita e accogliente, prezzi contenuti.

Cheap, thin walls and hard bed. Aldo it said parking was available but cost extra. There’s no parking, only on street and nearby underground garage.

Hotel in einem alten eleganten Wohnhaus. Die Unterkunft war gut aber nichts besonderes. Man bekam einen Schlüssel für das Haus und die Unterkunft, und ich habe die Rezeption dann nie wieder gesehen. Beim Check in sehr freundlich. Für den Preis und die Lage absolut ok.

Pulizia INESISTENTE, polvere ovunque, condizionatore totalmente pieno di polvere anche a rischio infezioni respiratorie. Letto aggiuntivo pagato 15€ (Prezzo complessivo per 2 adulti e 2 bambine: 150€), non andava bene nemmeno per un cane: molle esposte del materasso (altezza 7cm), rete a molle in cui ci si affondava. Muri con buchi e strisciate/macchie ovunque Bagno senza bidet e senza doccino con sanitrit. Copriletto macchiato Ottima la posizione

Sono stata in questa struttura una notte per lavoro. Staff davvero gentile e disponibile e super accogliente che ti fa quasi dimenticare il fatto di non essere in un hotel a 5 stelle ma in uno a 2. La camera era abbastanza pulita. Pecca : asciugamani erano lavati ma erano comunque rimaste delle macchie… sarebbero da sostituire. Ottima posizione dell’hotel, si paga come fosse un 3 stelle per questo. Per una/due notti va più che bene se non si hanno grandi pretese. Non ci andrei in vacanza per più giorni però

Ottima posizione, in centro, vicino ai negozi e a un buon parcheggio di Coin convenzionato con l’hotel (18€ al gg aperto dalle 8.00 alle 22.00). Colazione presso un bar vicino molto buona, brioche, succo e caffè/cappuccino inclusi. Camera con bagno interno, mini frigo disponibile. Asciugamani disponibili ma non cambio con pulizia camera. Idem per lenzuola. La camera e il bagno funzionali, potevano avere una maggiore pulizia a mio parere. Soluzione discreta, per chi si accontenta, qualche notte a Genova. 15 min a piedi dall’acquario. Senza grandi esigenze, buona disponibilità alla reception e buona posizione.
