Albergo Royal

Una vecchia struttura tenuta peggio, personale non professionale. Arredamento vetusto e tenuto male, mi sono rifiutato di pernottare. La zona in cui è posizionato è molto centrale ma sporca e pericolosa a mio avviso! Esperienza da non ripetere

Adatto a notti di emergenza. Stanze "fatiscenti", ma pulite. Set da bagno incompleto (un solo asciugamano grande per persona, gli altri non sono in dotazione; disponibili una saponetta ed uno shampoo a persona, quindi ok). L'albergo chiude alle 01.30 e non danno chiavi per il libero ingresso. Posizione comoda (sia per la stazione di Piazza Principe sia per il centro), ma, purtroppo, dislocato in mezzo agli ubriaconi. Lo staff è disponibile.

Qualche carenza nella camera: due soli asciugamani, doccia senza porta, molti rumori esterni fino a tarda ora. La gentilezza del personale, tuttavia, ha reso il nostro soggiorno gradevole.

1 star property, and now we understand why. First, we had a hard time finding the hotel as it's not marked well on Google Maps and the surrounding neighborhood felt "unsafe". Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a bad smell, a long steep staircase and a semi-stuck plastic door that we had to push hard to open. At the reception we checked in very slowly and they gave us the keys to the room: on the second floor with no lift. We took our bags and went up another very narrow and steep staircase to the room. The door lacked a real lock: there was a very bland and not very functional mechanism, as well as mounted upside down. In the room we immediately perceived a bad smell, a lot of dust on the bed and the furniture, a bathroom in very precarious conditions, wall sockets missing or detached, window almost falling. We took 5 minutes to calm down, without even sitting on the bed, we looked for another hotel and left right away. Terrible, awful, an experience that taught us not to be stingy about hotels.

Un odore di chiuso,un caldo assurdo anche se c'era il ventilatore

Hôte plutôt agréable et accueillant. Gros bémol chambre pas très propre et matériel pas entretenu. Toilettes insalubres avec porte qui ne se ferme pas. Point positif près du centre et accessible.
