The hotel is in a good location near Ferrari Square, which is very convenient for walking around. The front desk service attitude is good and friendly. There is a supermarket nearby.
The breakfast variety is very small, and there is no change after staying for a few days, which makes people feel that it is not in line with the cost of the hotel plus breakfast. I have stayed in many other hotels in Europe, and the breakfast of this hotel is not satisfactory.

Because I was flying out of Genoa after a tour of Tuscany and the Ligurian coast, I decided to spend a few days on my own in Genoa. The city and this elegant hotel were the best parts of my trip. Rooms are spacious with antique furniture yet modern (recently renovated?) bathrooms. The staff could not have been friendlier, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff. The hotel is very conveniently located near art museums, the Ducal Palace, great shopping, and restaurants. I look forward to making a return visit both to Genoa and this hotel.
