Quality is much lower than expected from Holiday Inn hotels. Check-in was perfect, very friendly. But firstly, the room was a bit stinky. Then wanted to use the bathroom and noticed that sink is blocked.
I informed the front office directly and promised to take care of the issue. Checked again upon my return to hotel at night but nothing was solved and always had to use the shower instead.
During the check-out I was about to be fully charged again for my stay although it was already paid online.
