the location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable.

The front desk staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. When we left the hotel, they helped us call a taxi, which was very warm. The hotel was generally very clean. The breakfast was 8 euros, with not many varieties, but it was good. The biggest advantage is that it is close to the train station, 3 minutes away.

Location in front of central station. Breakfast is also good. The facilities are old but luxurious. Small toilets lack comfort. I was satisfied overall.

I booked a quad room, but the room the hotel gave me was different from what I booked. I contacted Ctrip, but the hotel was fully booked that day and I couldn't change the room. I had to make do with one night, and Ctrip made up the difference. Hotel staff service was average
