Dovendomi fermare a Genova un’unica notte ed essendo sola ho prenotato una stanza x 1 adulto e sono finita in una cella buia, umida e microscopica con vista su un muro,e il , LETTO SINGOLO, ( sarebbe bastato una piazza e mezzo) e bagno in cui a stento ci si sta. . Una persona leggermente sovrappeso avrebbe avuto serie difficoltà a muoversi per non parlare di un diversamente abile.. Personale decisamebte scortese al telefono, meno in presenza. MI HANNO STUPITO I 4 PALLINI; . DA NON TORNARCI

Hotel 3 stelle centrale in area pedonale e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dall'acquario e altre attrazioni principali al porto (galeone, Galata museo, sottomarino). la zona dove si trova l'hotel è sicura e non rumorosa (ma noi avevamo una camera ai piani molto alti). L'hotel è molto pulito ma un po' datato nell'arredamento. Colazione ricca e varia. Camera spaziosa, silenziosa con frigo bar fornito di acqua. Il bagno non ha finestra ed era abbastanza piccolo e un po' vecchiotto. La ciambella del wc, è stata sostituita ma con una o due misure più piccola quindi si muoveva. la doccia è standard ma molto piccola e il getto era scarso. Lo stesso vale per il bidet che schizzava ovunque. Queste le uniche pecche rimarcabili, dato che il comfort del bagno è significativo. infine, in una delle nostre 2 camere (la numero 14) non vi erano le tende ai vetri e quindi si era visti da chi abita nel palazzo di fronte (come noi vedevamo loro girare per casa!).

The staff of this hotel is excellent. It’s in area that is easily walkable to waterfront and a few tourists attractions. The room is small but nice. windows open on to the street which was busy into the evening but very quiet in the morning. Hotel is on the 3 rd and 4th floor so windows can remain open for fresh air. Would return again.

We stayed at Hotel Cairoli with my wife for two nights in a "Double COMFORT MATRIMONIALE QUEEN SIZE BED", in room number 16. The room has just enough, with a small desk and chair, a very small wardrobe with 6 low-quality plastic hangers. It also has an electric kettle and a small flat-screen TV. One very positive aspect is that the hotel is located in a very central area, close to the port and many of the city's main attractions, making it accessible via a pleasant walk. It is located on a pedestrian street. If you decide to visit the city by car, you can only access the front of the building for a few minutes to unload your luggage. It is an old building with a very special elevator, which can be very uncomfortable for some, particularly when arriving and departing with luggage. There is no parking, but they have an agreement with a garage for a daily cost of € 18.00. They offer a buffet breakfast outside the daily rate for € 8 per person. We did not use it, so we cannot provide information about it. There is a supermarket on the corner a few meters away for any needs that may arise. In summary, it is a very simple hotel, at a reasonable cost for the area, very well located, and meets the basic necessities.

Super easy walk from Stazione Piazza Principe. Hotel is on the 4th floor so use the elevator if you've got lots of luggage. Out the front door and off you go to amazing historical sites. Everything is within walking distance.

Hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a building.
Check-in was easy, friendly staff and we were able to leave our luggages after check-out for free while visiting the town.
