The room is big and clean, the service attitude is good, and I was given a free breakfast. Luggage storage is also free. The location is very good. There is a vegetable market with a lively a**osphere downstairs, and there is a restaurant in the middle of the vegetable market. The hotel is located on the street, so you don't have to worry about safety issues when you come back late.

Good hotel, in the center of Genoa. The girl who served us was very good and friendly, but several buts,...the first was that the mattress was not comfortable at all, it made noise and sagged, the heating on the ceiling was not hot enough.
To consider:
1. The hotel is on the first floor of a large building
2. The elevator is 70's, with that I don't mean anything negative, it just makes you go back in time.
3. Right in front of the hotel is the underground parking called COIN PARKING, if you tell the girl at the reception they will put a stamp on the parking ticket and you will only pay €20/night, but be careful, if you are For example, 40 hours in said parking lot, they will charge you for two whole days, if you are there for 60 hours, then 3 whole days...even if it is cheap.

Spacious and clean room, average price, a little expensive but like all of Liguria. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. A negative note is the night-time noise probably deriving from the hydraulic system, a bit annoying, we don't know if it affected only our room or all of them. Having said that we recommend it, excellent location, we toured the whole city on foot. Regarding breakfast, a few too many packaged products, a homemade cake would be enough to appreciate the excellent focaccia. Well done, worth trying.

Hotel in the central Genoa area, set on two floors inside a historic building, near the pedestrian area. Superior room, quiet and clean. Breakfast could be improved (not very varied). No hairdryer in the room but reception remedied this quickly. Good prices.

Hotel located in the context of a historic building/condominium in the center of Genoa. Renovated rooms, very large and clean. Breakfast prepared with pre-packaged products. Friendly and kind staff. The windows are not fully soundproofed as it does not completely reduce the noise of the intense traffic of the beautiful Via XX Settembre below.
