Locali essenziali,puliti e gradevoli,prezzo onesto,personale gentile e disponibile,sono riusciti a risolvere con poco anticipo la mia necessità di alloggio per una notte di domenica,camere dotate di Wi-Fi,area comune con bollitore,frigorifero con bibite e macchinetta del caffè molto ben organizzato

Se passate da Genova e non sapete dove andare a dormire…beh …vi consiglio sicuramente questa struttura. La struttura si affaccia sulla piazzetta di Genova Pra,a due passi da un comodo parcheggio gratuito. La struttura e’ favolosa, servizio stupendo gentilezza e cortesia sono all’ordine del giorno. Ho trascorso due giorni lontano da casa e dalla mi famiglia ma nonostante ciò’ sono riusciti a farmi sentire a casa…. SUPER CONSIGLIATO!

Non vi fate ingannare dall'ambiente esterno, perché quando entrate nel b&b troverete un ambiente accogliente e confortevole e molto pulito e ben organizzato, i proprietari (Irene) gentile e molto disponibile. Ho dato 2 piccoli consigli che sono state ben accette segno di serietà e professionalità. Ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi. A. Perri

Esperienza negativa. Abbiamo perso un ora per cercare parcheggio perché per telefono non ci erano state fornite in modo corretto le informazioni prima di arrivare in quanto non c’è un parcheggio privato della struttura . All’arrivo proprietaria poco cortese e disponibile, ci siamo veramente sentiti offesi dal suo modo di giustificare quello che era accaduto. Poco rispetto verso i clienti. Abbiamo preferito andare via e pernottare da un altra parte.

Locale pulito e curato, ma ha un grande difetto: é al 4 piano senza ascensore!!!! La caratteristica dovrebbe essere evidenziata nella descrizione, perché é una sorpresa poco gradita all'arrivo. Da migliorare il check-in, può capitare come a noi di aspettare mezz'ora fuori dal portone.
