La via dell' appartamento è un po' difficile da individuare se non conosci il posto e per che ha le valige è scomodo perché è zona a traffico limitato.Appartamento situato in zona vicinissima all acquario e al centro. Sufficientemente grande e molto pulito. Servito dal necessario anche in cucina e in bagno e per la pulizia. La TV è collegabile a internet ma non di ultima generazione. La reception si trova al piano 1 ed è efficiente e molto gentile. Riscaldamento a pavimento che rende la casa molto calda. Ai bambini è piaciuta molto. Consigliato. Parcheggio a pagamento convenzionato e non da 15€ al GG. A circa 500 metri dalla casa.

Surprised and disappointed in U Genova. We stayed there the last week in May 2022. The apar**ents were not as clean as other reviews indicated, plus we did not get the washer in one of the apar**ents as promised. There was 7 of us (family vacation) and we were really counting on having a washer in one apar**ent. Unfortunately, they only had one washer in one apar**ent and they rented it to someone else. We also had to almost beg them to turn on the air conditioner. They finally turned it on after two days, but then turned it back off two days before we left. We were there for 10 days. They were supposed to change sheets and towels every other day, but we came back from a two day side trip to Rome, the sheets had not been changed and there were no towels in the bathroom. All I can say is, beware.

Appartamento comodo, pulito, silenzioso, a pochi passi dal centro, nel cuore della parte vecchia del porto di Genova. Perfetto per raggiungere l’acquario e le principali attrazioni. É in una zona molto vivace ed etnicamente varia, che però si è dimostrata tranquilla e vivibile. Comodo il parcheggio a poca distanza e convenzionato.

Abbiamo affittato due appartamenti, uno per la mia famiglia e uno per quella di mia sorella. Gli appartamenti si trovano centralissimo, a pochissimi minuti dal porto, appartamenti puliti, con cucina per chi ne ha bisogno, spaziosissimi e molto moderni nell'arredamento, dotati di TV con Netflix, per la gioia dei bimbi, materasso comodissimo. Gli appartamenti si trovano in zona a traffico limitato perciò di dovrà parcheggiare al parcheggio del porto antico e per gli ospiti degli appartamenti è previsto uno sconto quasi della metà del costo del ticket giornaliero. Siamo stati molto bene e il proprietario è davvero cordiale. Consigliato!
