This is actually an unusual place. It is a B&B that feels quite well run but also with a personal touch. Each room has its own bathroom but on the other side of a hallway and not en suite. This works remarkably well and probably made the transformation of the apartment to B&B much easier. It also means that the rooms are bigger and more harmonious than they would otherwise have been. I used it for a conference trip largely because most hotels had been booked. Arguably, it is a place better suited to tourists, but I really enjoyed the spacious room and the very good breakfast despite the fact that the room was probably intended for a couple on vacation. The host is very pleasant and was happy to chat or help. Finally, the location seems perfect for Genoa. It is very close to Piazza de Ferrari.

La habitación super linda, los detalles de acabados y calidad de la habitación son de alta gama...
Nosotros llegamos por la tarde 7:30 pm (Solo una noche) lo que nos complico el Check In, se me hizo muy complicado de entender las indicaciones que nos dieron para el auto Check In, por lo que fue un poco difícil, pero una vez ingresado todo fue super excelente
La chica de los desayunos (Una chica Venezolana) super amable.
El baño genial pero esta separado de la habitación es solo un detalle a considerar pero todo muy bonito.

Consigliatissimo! Posizione centrale, ben collegata, alcune fra le maggiori mete della città si raggiungono facilmente a piedi. Il b&b si trova in un bellissimo e tranquillo edificio storico nel contesto di una piazzetta incantevole. La nostra camera era dotata di tutto il necessario e arredata in modo elegante ed essenziale. Attorno c'é un'ampia scelta di ottime soluzioni per pranzo, aperitivo e cena, alcune con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Chi gestisce il posto é molto gentile e superdisponibile. Insomma una bella esperienza

Struttura accogliente, appartamento pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima per chi vuole muoversi a piedi. Vicinissimo all’acquario ed a locali per la colazione e cena. La Signora Elena è molto gentili e disponibile. Lo consiglio.

Tout est joli, facile, agréable et appétissant. La propreté et le rangement de la chambre comme on l'aimerais tous les jours. Elena, la maitresse des lieux est fascinante et très à l'écoute. A deux pas du centre, du port et des avenues shopping, et surtout place San Matteo au pieds d'une belle église. Le tout avec une délicate discrétion. Nous avons adoré !

Tout était parfait ! La qualité de l’accueil, la propreté, l’emplacement idéal, l’ambiance familiale. Petit déjeuner fait maison, délicieux, soigné et servi avec sympathie par la gérante Elena qui est extrêmement conviviale et avec laquelle l’on converse aimablement. On s’est vraiment sentis chez nous et y retournera avec grand plaisir. Merci !

avremmo dovuto soggiornare presso la Piazzetta sabato scorso per una notte. al momento del check in ci rendiamo conto che c'è stato un disguido con la nostra prenotazione: nonostante avessimo ricevuto conferma via mail, la nostra camera non era disponibile. la titolare non ha esitato un attimo, ci ha accompagnati in un hotel a 4 stelle lì vicino e ci ha preso una stanza, mettendo di tasca sua la differenza rispetto al costo previsto per la sua stanza. Una gentilezza e un'accortezza non scontata. speriamo di poter tornare presto a Genova e stavolta di poter dormire presso la Piazzetta perchè, da quello che abbiamo potuto vedere, è un posto davvero delizioso.
