We loved our stay at Palazzo Grillo Genoa! We had a king size room, & the mattress and pillows were the best on our multi-city trip! The stand alone shower with doors was a godsend because everywhere else we stayed in Italy the floor got soaking wet. Wonderful breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. Loved the fried eggs, avocado and pancakes. The building is absolutely breathtaking. Great location (very quiet ) and next to a beautiful church. Wonderful accommodating staff. Thank you and we hope to return someday.

We recently visited Genoa and stayed at this hotel, based on its excellent reviews. The hotel is beautiful, and we loved our room which felt very spacious, largely thanks to the tall windows. The bathroom was large and very clean, with fluffy towels. Bed was super comfortable. The windows weren’t very soundproofed but the area right outside the hotel was quiet at night. The hotel is a little awkward to get to by taxi (we needed to get dropped off a short distance away) but it’s very manageable. Without exception, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and arranged for a taxi back to the train station upon our departure which was very appreciated.

Residenza storica di sapore fornita di ascensore in ottima posizione per visitare il centro della città, a pochi passi dal palazzo ducale ed a breve distanza a piedi dal porto antico. Viaggiando per lavoro ho trovato non comodo che il breakfast fosse servito dalle 7.30 e non prima nonostante la mia richiesta di anticipare leggermente non accordatami il primo giorno e poi si il secondo su mia insistenza tramite un Concierge gentile. Personale molto cordiale eccezion fatta per l’appunto della signorina Mayra (addetta ad apparecchiare ed allestire la colazione), persona che definirei svogliata, scostante ed oltre misura rude nei modi, al contrario dei suoi colleghi invece gentili, educati e disponibili. Senza la sua presenza la mia recensione sarebbe stata assolutamente più che positiva nel complesso. Senza di lei tornerei senz’altro!

Albergo ristrutturato all’interno di un palazzo storico del 500. Ottimo servizio e personale molto disponibile Posizione top vicino alle maggiori attrazioni della città, ideale per soggiorno lunghi ma anche per un week end veloce. Consigliatissimo!

Adresse recommandée par le routard. Service et accueil impeccable, personnel aimable. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner correct. Toutefois quelques bémols: chambres peu ou pas insonorisées, beaucoup de bruit des chambres voisines et de la rue jusque tard. Prix élevé pour les prestations proposées.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem historischen Palazzo mit sehr modernen Zimmern mitten in der Altstadt von Genua. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Freundliche Rezeption. Grosse Frühstücksauswahl und auch da sehr freundliche Bedienung. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Wenn es etwas weiter gehen sollte, ist auch eine Metrostation in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
