Hotel Cantore

Das Hotel perfekt für kurze Urlaube. Etwas laut, wenn man das Zimmer zur Straße hat, dort pulsiert es. Ein gepflegtes sauberes urbanes 3Stern Hotel, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück ok und das junge Personal sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Mit Linie 1 oder 20 direkt vor dem Hotel rechts ist man schnell beim Porto Antico und somit im Zentrum oder zurück. Die Buskarte in jedem Supermarkt oder Trafik zu kaufen.

attracted by the many super positive reviews, as the hotel was close to my work appoin**ent I selected it to sleep there for a night. I'm sorry to have to review this property in an unrewarding way, but I will try to do so in a constructive way. I'll start from the positive things, the staff is really kind and polite, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is a very positive note, little choice but quality. in my opinion, however, the structure is very little, one perceives that it is a building "adopted as a hotel", the reception is non-existent as are the common areas, the empty mini-bar which only wastes electricity and noise. the impact of the rooms is really sad, they look like a hospital or a Franciscan guesthouse as do the bathrooms. I fully understand that the renovation would cost a fortune, I don't dispute this but the fact that it is a 3 star with 3 star prices. in my opinion it is a family-run two-star hotel. I won't talk about certain encounters on the stairs as I'm not 100% certain of what I saw and I don't allow myself to make judgements/evaluations.

The breakfast is delicious. All the staff very cordial. Lively neighbourhood.

we had a very good time in this hotel which is quiet, central and well served by public transport. Large and clean room. The breakfast is also varied and rich. Polite and helpful staff. There is no fridge in the room and no telephone to communicate with the reception.

Weekend with the family to greet friends, 2 adults 2 children. The rooms are "minimal" (not to mention old and poor!), not exactly clean, cold due to the lack of heating and noisy! Breakfast is the only positive note, only thanks to the two very polite and helpful girls (without them I would have given zero!). The area is BAD, coming back at night (after 9pm is already enough) is not pleasant even for a man, let alone for a family... Finally, the price... between unclassifiable and unjustifiable, it is worth less than half! Overall, a difficult stay to forget, fortunately excellent for the Genoese Friends!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!

Excellent hotel, both from a stylistic point of view and for its extreme comfort. Located in the center of the famous Via Cantore, a few steps from the Sampierdarena bus stop and train station. It has all the necessary services to make your stay in Genoa very comfortable.

Excellent location, easily reachable as soon as you exit the motorway. We traveled by public transport. New, beautiful apar**ent with very comfortable bed and sofa bed! Massimiliano was really kind and very helpful! Advised!

3 star hotel all deserved! Clean, convenient, comfortable, helpful, friendly and very professional staff. The courtesy kit products were good and were complete in every way. Free bottle of water for each day of stay. Above all, the cleanliness of the room and the entire structure stands out. Congratulations I will definitely be back.
