excelente ubicación y muy confortable habitación. Se accede con código y haces el check out solo yéndote. Todo muy práctico. Desayuno justo, autoservice. El b&B solo cuenta con 3 o 4 habitaciones, todo muy tranquilo y prolijo. Fácil acceso a buses que van al centro de la ciudad. El barrio en el que se encuentra es muy bonito.

In compagnia di amici abbiamo soggiornato da Lorenzo per un week-end, in occasione delle aperture dei Rolli. Abbiamo avuto una accoglienza simpatica, gentile e professionale, con disponibilità a depositare in anticipo le valigie ed indicazioni per il parcheggio e per le località da vedere e delle strade da percorrere. Infatti la location è ideale per girare Genova a piedi oppure con i mezzi pubblici. Il BB si trova al primo piano di un bel palazzo con afffaccio sulla strada, presenta un arredo molto bello, pratico e moderno. L'accoglienza di Lorenzo, il titolare è stata ottima, così come la colazione ( con focaccia immancabile ). La camera 1 da noi utilizzata si è rivelata molto pulita, comoda e dotata di tutti i confort necessari, con bagno e doccia adeguati e letto con materasso molto comodo; insonorizzazione anch'essa ottima. Il prezzo richiesto è stato decisamente economico, soprattutto rispetto alla qualità percepita ed alla presentazione in generale. Decisamente raccomandabile a tutti coloro che vogliano vedere Genova ( bellissima !! ) girandola con tranquillità.

Fantastisch hotel, schone, ruime en stille kamer. Klein van opzet, slecht 3 kamers en daardoor erg relaxed. Goed ontbijt en een geweldige gastheer Lorenzo. Parkeren kon voor het hotel en vanaf het hotel ben je zo in het centrum van de stad. Aanrader wat ons betreft!

Ottima posizione, ambiente molto curato, pulito e prezzi onesti. Gestore molto cortese. La zona è strategica se si è in auto, e il centro non è distante, a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. Colazione semplice ma comunque valida.
