decent place to stay! abit far from the main stuff but still nice and quiet.

Onsen was great as our appointment time was private to us, no one else was sharing the same huge Onsen pool area at the same time. the attendant in the Onsen area was very hospitable and polite. The room was clean and in decent size but it was a little disappointing when we received a queen/king bed without prior notification or explanation from the front desk instead of twin beds which we had booked earlier on purpose.

Highly recommended! Very good location and room was really clean and spacious. A lot of amenities like pool, onsen and gym. Staff was really helpful and check in was a breeze. Will definitely return again!

Stay was amazing! Nice hotel, room and friendly staff! Onsen is great too! Would recommend and I would definitely return in the future!

Hotel was located at the last block in Ion Delemens area. Rooms were clean and everything function properly. Complimentary parking was a bit far as it's in a different block. Onsen facilities were okay and will require some refurbishing to make everything nice. Abit noisy at night due to surrounding construction works. Overall pleasant stay in this area. Suggest to have your own car to travel around.

The staff in charge on 3rd June 2024 was a very good nice. He was friendly. The unit also quite nice. The only thing not best was the parking space. Too far from the unit.

Good experience in this vacation. The room is clean and user friendly. It is better if the bath room equipped a ventilation.

If there is a 0 I will strongly give them a zero. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, distance to the ****** is not 1pm plus and definitely you can't walk there! Many times you can't even book a grab , worst is you will feel you are under MCO being restrain there as there are no food easily accessible. Their swimming pools are way too dirty!! I book a premium suite room and guess what it was 2 connecting rooms. So am I booking a suite ? Reception always no staff and I could say why do they claim they are 5 star! Worst hotel worst location to be in. The amount of wasted time is not a great way to be in such hotel. And what mountain view for premium suite? I am facing a torn and like ******* building!

Not much of service, have to take transport to genting daily ard 15-30 mins ride depends on the fog, but it sure is clean n spacious, safe surroundings but not much of amenities ard unless u travel to genting

It was expensive for the quality of the room. They were helpful with some change request though - at a cost.

Book a unit with 2 rooms and a toilet. Clean and valuable stay. Not inclusive of amenities. Onsen Spa need to pay separately.

This hotel is very bad. parking is hard to find. have to walk 2-3 minutes to reach the hotel. The hotel does not provide mineral water or drinks. dirty bed sheets. expected room not as requested. very bad location. Very bad hotel. there are no shops nearby. no phone in the room. I entered at 7.55 pm and left at 8.15 pm because I felt this hotel was very bad. I paid 4++, but the room and service were very bad.

Please take note that you still need to pay 150++ to enjoy the onsen, even after you paid for 150++ u still cannot enjoy it whenever you want, u can only go in at a booked time!! This is really ridiculous, I tot an onsen hotel should offer the onsen for free for all hotel guest, but they are not willing to do that!! then what for I stay at an onsen hotel???!!!

New hotel, location a 10-15 mins drive to sky avenue. Near Grand Ion Delemen and enjoy the same amenities including a 24-hours convenience store. Massage was good - Thai traditional style, very much needed after a long drive. Complimentary cup noodles and biscuits in room, my kid loves them. Didn’t get a chance to visit the onsen. Overall nice hotel to try for Genting! View of hotel is good and above the clouds - Lots of greenery, but partial of my balcony does face an upcoming development’s construction site. I forgot to take good photos of the rooms, but generally is very similar to what the hotel posts as pics of their rooms. Some parts of the hotel not fully operational such as kids club and gym - but overall good value for a brand new place!
