服務太差，提前半個月預訂的酒店，竟然是個第三方，到酒店後無法入住，大廳吹風等了2個小時。酒店每日也沒有人員進行衞生打掃。

The service is too bad. The hotel I booked half a month in advance turned out to be a third party. I couldn't check in after arriving at the hotel. I had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby. There is no staff to clean the hotel every day.
