I arrived early but I got a room immediately which is a good thing But I really don’t know why I have already paid for the rental, the hotel still asks guest to clean the kitchen and throw away the trash can before check out? If not, they will charge for the clean fee. Then why should I live in an apart hotel? And I have already paid for the city tax upon check-in, but the receptionist still charge me for another time of city tax? It makes people so upset.! What a weird hotel…

We were looking for a place to sleep before taking our cruise in the morning: the location is good (near the bus/train station) but the entire experience was bad. The apartment has a bad smell - specially in the toilet. The sofa and the floor is dirty and sticks. We were in Adagio Monaco and it was completely different. It seems Adagio Marseille is not being well managed.

Clean hotel, close to the station. Ideal for visiting the city quickly. The only downside is the smell of cold tobacco in the room.

The room size was as expected. The apartment hotel is mainly a kitchen with complete kitchen utensils, but it is inconvenient without a kettle. There are many supermarkets around, which is convenient for shopping. Very near to Saint Charles train station which is good for those who want to explore area / region through train / metro. Basic room with functioning kitchenette. One issue we had was that our booking was for 4 nights but we kept having to reactivate our access cards every day. The staffs kept telling us it should work now but it never do!

Stayed for a week during the Olympics and had an amazing time, the hotel was clean and tidy and the room was massive, the staff was also incredibly friendly and made sure we felt safe and looked after our entire stay :) would definitely recommend and stay again and having a kitchen was an amazing addition to fuel up while saving money

Stayed here during the Rugby World Cup. The decor was dated and could benefit from an upgrade however it was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendky. Super location. Convenient for the Metro and walking distance to the old harbour. If you want luxury then this isn’t for you. If you just want a “base” for your visit it’s just the job!

Nice hotel. Excellent location, because it is 2 minutes from the station. The room was quite spacious, with a shower and a soft bed, which was what we needed. Very kind staff. When we visit Marseille again for short stay, it will be our choice again

The hotel is reminiscent of some sort of eastern block hotel in the 1950’s Brown carpet tiles, artex walls, foam mattresses - and topped off with a view of the rail lines of central station. There is a key to your door so if more than one of you you’re stuffed. The AC works but it smells. Location is close to the train so ok, but also in a very undesirable spot It is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are wonderful however and do their best given the state of the place. If you are after a cheap place then ok but bear in mind it’s appalling.
