Hotel had bed bugs would not recommend staying there also they wouldn’t give a refund just wanted to change the room

Swimming pool and a good rooftop sitting area with a view, is the main attraction of this place. Rooms are clean in general but beds need to be better and clean regularly. Staff speaks broken English and it's difficult to request for stuff. Location and price wise it's a good deal.

I stayed at 7Q Patong Beach Hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop infinity pool—the view of Patong Beach from there is stunning, and it’s a great spot to relax. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any questions I had. Breakfast was decent, and the poolside drinks added a nice touch to the experience. One minor downside is that the property is a bit dated in some areas, but for the price and location, it was still great value. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay near the beach with a fantastic pool view!

Great location 50 meters back from the beach, bangla rd about a 15min walk. So no club noise all night long. Nice pool area, has a little bit of a view. Rooms were tidy and clean.

At the end at Batong beach, relatively quiet but easy to access to the market area free parking

Terrible Experience – Left After the First Night We booked 5 nights at 7Q Patong Beach Hotel, but our stay was so uncomfortable that we left after the first night. The room was poorly maintained, with outdated furniture and a musty smell that made it impossible to relax. The vibe of the hotel was completely off, and the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, making the whole experience even worse. We tried to cancel the rest of our stay and get a refund, but the hotel refused to acknowledge our concerns and rejected our claims. Despite losing our money, we chose to leave because the discomfort and negative atmosphere were unbearable. We strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
