The hotel room is both smelly and dirty. The entire space feels like I am staying at a super cheap and unsanitary place. When we wake up in the morning, we are greeted by a strong toilet smell instead of fresh air. Throughout the night, we have the unfortunate company of numerous insects. Additionally, the bed sheet is wet and emits an unpleasant odor. The water heater is not functioning, and the temperature is even insufficient for cooking instant noodles. Staying in this hotel feels like being part of a terrible movie. Despite the fact that we paid around 300+++, the room resembles that of a budget hotel on the street. I will never return to this place and strongly advise against booking it

Unfortunately, the hotel will not tell you, making you wait for a long time.

Worst accommodation experience ever, bar none! The trip to Genting is greatly reduced because of the accommodation experience, the decoration can be simple, and the business can be few... But the hygiene really can't be so bad! The room is quite big and very clean. very comfortable. The sound insulation effect is poor, and the people in the next room are making noise, which affects the rest. The check-in experience was not good, there were no clear instructions, there were too many guests, the place was small and very crowded. Wi-Fi in the room is very poor.

The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. The view from the balcony is superb, and the mountain view is cloudy and foggy. The household utensils are complete. There are gyms, swimming pools, convenience stores, and restaurants. The entertainment complex on the top of the mountain is convenient and fast (about 10 minutes). Will go again.

The price of the car at the first hotel is quite confusing. There are 25-40 quotations, and there is no shortage of customers. So if you want to save trouble, you can still book a ferry, 6RM per person. 2. Secondly, the location of the hotel is a hotel apartment. After arriving at the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel, you can ask the butler to pick you up, because the room was still a bit convoluted in the past. 3. The environment of the apartment hotel is still very good. It is a suite with a kitchen, water dispenser, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, TV, etc. There are also snacks to eat. I am mainly satisfied with the bathroom design, because there are clothes hooks and ventilation, and it is very convenient to change and wash. 4. Yunding may be because of the relationship between Yundu and actually can't see anything. It's all cloud and fog outside.

The location is about two kilometers behind Genting Mall, and free parking is available. There are several restaurants on the hotel platform where you can eat in the morning. Cloud top can be seen from the hotel room. The room was reasonably clean.

The location of the hotel is still very good, and it is very convenient to take the shuttle bus. It's a pity that I caught up with the fog when I went there, and I didn't see any beautiful scenery after staying for 2 nights, it was all fog. Good weather is hard to come by.

Self-service check-in, very good service, can speak Chinese. The store will add WeChat and send a passport photo to check in, and pick up the key by yourself. There is a box in the room full of snacks for free haha

The apartment is considered clean, with drinking fountains, well-equipped facilities, and free parking spaces (the parking lot in Genting is not cheap). Checking in to get the key is a bit cumbersome, you need to contact the person in charge to get the check-in guide in advance. The location is a bit remote, some distance from Genting Highlands Amusement Park & ******, about 10-15 minutes by car (cannot walk). But it's at the highest point, and the view outside the room is beautiful!

Sky d'Mont Suites Genting Highlands is located next to Grand Ion Delemen Hotel & Service Apartment. Sky D'Mont is a self check in service apartment. Call the apartment number and they will instruct on the check in procedure. It takes around 5 mins drive to go to the theme park. Apartment was clean and comfortable and you may also cook on your own. There is My News kiosk nearby and you may go to Grand Ion Delemen Hotel for breakfast/lunch or dinner.

This is third class property they were providing only 2 glasses for water RO water was delivering cold water only hot water was not working no international plug was installed lot of noice of construction was there I won’t recommend this property at all
