The places is not as advertised and i am so disappointed. And the location is far from other hotels and shops. Quite secluded and the road is full of pot holes as the area is near construction area.

Checkin was quite slow and location was a bit far away and in a secluded area. The rest was excellent!

House are clean and nice. Comfortable for us with families. Keys need to be collected at geo38, and the house located at midhills. Quite a distance if you are a tourist and dont have a car. But afterall, a good staycation for us

The hotel, the bed, the location i may say perfect. The issue is with the host/management which host by 7stone. The check in process was difficult and they even asked RM200 for secure deposit. This is too much and not reasonable. Hold cash RM200 just for the access card? Then what we going to eat later? Not all traveller bring so much cash. And luckily i have. And they not text/whatsapp me to inform before i arrive. And the host office locate at different building which you need to drive out nearly 2-3 KM and return back from your booking room. They supposedly should have 1 representatives at the loc to ease the process to the guest. Hope they change the policy to hold RM200 deposit. Trip.com please advise them on be half the rest of the guest. Thank you

The room given was not anything similar to the picture shown. We booked 3 bedroom apartment with 4 queen beds. First room we had, under furnished and bad moldy smell. We requested to change room. Viewed 2nd room, same smell. Settled for 3rd room, the wallpaper need to be replaced. . Common toilet has no mirror. Hall ac doesn’t work. Not a pleasant stay at all.

It is extremely bad service for the stay! 1. When we checked in they said just checked in here then go to building which almost 2 km from the check in- how possible that happened? when we cannot agree with that the staff suggested to upgrade and pay extra for getting in the same buiding as checking courter 2. It is very smelly house, i literally couldnot sleep at all for the smells in the room and common areas 3. The worst part is the guide, no one ever knows the lobby is located in 7th floor down from the G, no any guidance in the lift or anything to help travelers to know Honestly it is horrible and dont ever use the service again!
