The Good: ✓ Great Location. Small town located near the building where you can find restaurants, convenience and grocery stores. ✓ Spectacular views of the highlands. Genting Premium outlets, Chin Swee temple and Skytropolis could be viewed from the room. ✓ Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was pretty decent. ✓ The pool and playground was a hit and free for guests to use. ✓ Staff was quick to respond and attended to all our requests. The BAD: • We had issues with the bathroom. Toilets and showers needed repairs on day 1 of our stay. • The washing machine in one of our rooms had packed up. Luckily, the washing machine in the other room we booked was working. • Sky Gardens in the building are not accessible to guests, despite being told that they were. • Minor issues with the TV, hairdryer, remote controls and bidets. In conclusion, Geo38 is a nice building, with good amenities, spectacular views and a great location. The only problem is Maple Home. They are letting this place down. It seems like guests check out, rooms are cleaned and new guests check in and no one is checking the units to make sure things are functioning properly. I found it quite annoying to be finding all these faults and dealing with the maintenance staff on the first night. But since we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, I preferred to have all issues sorted out on the first day. However, these issues should have been detected and resolved before guests check in. I saw plenty of staff in the office, does anyone really go to the rooms to inspect them? I mean it doesn't cost a lot of time to do this. I hope Maple home takes the above on board. Even though I gave a bad rating for the service, I must commend the house keeping and maintenance staff for attending to all our requests. The bad rating for service is due to Maple Home's lack of management. Those in charge should be on top of things. After all the issues in the apartments were sorted out, we were happy with the rest of our stay and everyone was comfortable. We had a great time in Genting Highlands.

Seamless checkin and checkout procedures. Unit was clean as advertised. However, unit doesn’t come with Netflix access as advertised.

The apartment was huge. However, the toilets were dirty and the bedsheets didn’t feel clean. If it got a good cleaning, it would be excellent.

We recently stayed at Geo38 and had a mixed experience. While the view from our unit was lovely, the customer service left much to be desired. It was frustrating that calls to the reception went unanswered. Additionally, we had to go all the way down to the Ground floor to request towels. The unit also lacked a bathroom floor mat, which would have been a useful addition. There's definitely room for improvement in the service provided.

Everything in this place was so good except long waiting lift during check out. Definitely will come again with family & friends.

The Geo38 Premier Suites, is a budget friendly hotel with a great service apartment style. It’s a good place for a family, who needs a convenience to do their laundry. There are many food options around the area. Service was excellent, when you need anything, they helped quickly.

I recently stayed at Geo38 Residence in Genting Permai and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. While the price was reasonable, I felt that the value I received exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Geo38 Residence to anyone visiting Genting Permai. My only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the variety of dining options available on-site. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Generally clean. Good location as close to eateries. Quick check in. Pool and playground. As usual with Malaysia properties, upkeep has never been a priority. Somewhat noisy but this is not the hotel issue, its the same for all high rise properties in Gohtong Jaya.
