Truly enjoyed my 3 days 2 nights in this hotel. Surrounded by greenery, and has lots of activities for families and kids. Loved the nasi lemak served during breakfast; the taste was good. The view in the hotel and restaurant is great. Will definitely repeat again.

We travelled with 3 kids age 7,9 and 11.Definitely a kids friendly hotel.We got a room on the 23rd floor overlooking the mountains.Clean rooms and the hot/cold water dispenser is just outside our room 23552.How convenient to refill your water anytime of the day.The poolside is very relaxing.You can chill and have a drink as theres a bar area.Slide at the pool area is a plus point for the kids.They loved it.There is archery to keep them occupied.Play area and an eco friendly garden is nicely set up.Breakfast is great.The nasi lemak sambal and ayam masak merah is yummy.The chocolate Danish is delish too.We had dinner at Ayu Awana.Mee goreng and the burger is good.Hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to GPO/Skyway cable car on every hour and they leave on time.2 skyway return tix will be provided on a daily basis.Grab is easily available from the hotel.Will definitely return and highly recommended.Service is great as well.Thank u!!!

I have a very pleasant experience and the staffs I interacted with are all helpful and kind.

Hotel is spacious and clean. There's a heated pool with shower facilities. Free hourly shuttle bus to the cable car station. Only downside is the lack of amenities (toothbrush and other toiletries not given, probably have to submit request) and it takes skills to moderate the water heater temperature.

Check in took a while. Room was okay. Breakfast view is amazing! Love the open air ambiance. Varieties of food.

It's terrible + Not worth the price. The slippers are of one-star hotel quality. No shampoo or shower gel for bathing. The kettle button is broken; the cup handle is not suitable for normal use, see the picture. Nearby to the room is a machine room; I took photos specifically. There is also construction work near the building Constant loud noise. It only has the appearance of a four-star hotel, good hotel photo, but terrible inside. The location is inconvenient. But one good thing: after calling, the staff responded quickly.

Tranquil environment with great scenery. A great get away from the hustle of Kuala Lumpur.

Spacious room with golf club view! Hotel swimming pool is great, hotel also provides free shuttle bus to cable car station. When check in hotel gave 2 return cable car tickets for free. Overall relaxing

Staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean, food is delicious at ayu (didn't get the chance to eat at jom makan)~ my favourite part of the hotel was the heated pool!!! Cold weather + warm water is the best thing we enjoyed the most... Will definitely stay here again. Pool needs to get clean up more often as we do found some leaves and insects in the water. But it's ok, they are natural~

Service staff are good, hotel grounds are beautiful and hipster-ish. But beyond the common area, the refurbished rooms are not clean and dusty. The sheets are rough and feels itchy, room is floor tiles/vinyl that doesn’t feel like it has been mopped, toilet tap is very old with 2 handles, no ventilation in toilet, stains on curtain, shower gel/shampoo/bath gel is basically the same transparent gel. I am quite disappointed with the room. Nonetheless, its value for money given there are 2 queen beds at that price, but it’s not for the fussy travelers who are used to staying in 4* and above hotels.

Nice hotel to stay.very clean.the staff also very nice.my kids loves the swimming pool bcause got slide.the pool water also warm.im very satisfied with breakfast buffet .very delicous n so much variety.

I was here at this hotel, a couple months back during Christmas and here I am again during Chinese new year. My first experience at this hotel wasn’t necessarily the most pleasant one but this time was a bit different. The room that was given to me was on the 11th floor and they were fully renovated without any issues.  Service was excellent this time around.  the only downside is that I had an obstructed view, facing the pool. I would prefer to have a view, facing the mountains. The facility is actually quite relaxing which I suits my relaxing mood. I’ll definitely book again.

The view and hotel is good! Highly recommend to stay in here!
