Am impressed to be allowed for early check in at abt 1pm. Room was spacious and thank the hotel for the complimentary goodies that brought back my childhood memories. The breakfast offered a great varieties and tastes good too. Like the hotel location which is easily accessible to many places of attraction.

The snack selection 🧺 was great 👍, and it's a 5-minute walk to the Pinang Peranakan Mansion. Supermarkets, the street art, and the market are all within walking distance. Breakfast was different every day. There's also parking available.

Misleading and Inconsistent Children’s Breakfast Pricing - Prior to my stay, I referred to the TRIP website, which clearly stated that the breakfast price for children was RM44.80 per child. However, on the morning of 26th December 2025, I was charged RM56.00 per child for my 6-year-old.
When I questioned this discrepancy, the manager claimed that the updated price was already reflected on the website. This was not accurate at the time of my booking, and I was not informed of any price change in advance. I have screenshots of the pricing information as reference. This situation was misleading and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Before I left, she proactively helped me call a taxi and confirmed the vehicle details; these thoughtful gestures alleviated the fatigue of travel.

We booked three rooms at this hotel for my cousin’s wedding and requested connecting rooms multiple times before our stay. Unfortunately, we still didn’t receive them and also couldn’t get an extra bed, which was quite inconvenient for our family. And actually this is my second stay, the issue was still the same.
On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was nice, and some free snacks in the room.
