We tell them ahead of time that we want to cancel our booking and want a refund of 2 days bookings. But they refused. At least they should have give at 50% refund but nothing.

The hotel is all ok, located on penang road. easy to go anywhere. you can use the public transport free cat bus rapid penang to explore the city of Georgetown.
Only the hotel facilities such as towels and pillows are a bit shabby.
