A clean nice hotel with spacious room. Strategic location very near to the Top n walking distance to the oldest supermarket Gama mall. Many coffee shops n cafes around. Friendly front desk staffs n lobby crews. Can have a beer & chill at the lobby music lounge very convenient.

A hotel with a very strategic location. Good stay if you plan to go on a food hunting trip in Penang. The parking is convenient and the room is very clean. Highly recommend this place. Friendly and efficient staff too.

In GENERAL,
It is a budget hotel, so for a budget hotel, the rooms are good enough.
But the price is not really budget though.
The GOOD,
It has gym facilities with 24/7 access.

Very FAST elevators.

Amazing Foodcourt at every direction (walking distance)
The BAD,
No individual ironing board, I think their objective is to use their laundry services.

The breakfast is simple - egg station, bread station, salad station, nasi lemak, X, fried noodles, chicken sausages, chicken ham and baked beans.
The X here varies daily - sautéed mushrooms, baked tomatoes, etc.
Only Nescafe machine coffee and tea (yeah its bad)
Taste - average.

They don't have points or member's system.
I have been here for 4 stays over 4 months.
They don't appreciate returning customers - as in free room upgrade or additional services on the house.
