There is a wall outside the window, and there is almost no lighting. It is also dark during the day. Half of the rooms are like this. An unobstructed room on the opposite side should be good.

Satisfied with the cleanliness, love the antique feel and the family room design. Breakfast is nice although slow due to the ala cart and small kitchen.
Reception service is ok but their knowledge is limited to within the hotel only. They know nothing outside the hotel even though it's just around the hotel within walking distance.

Nice place tucked away from the busy streets of Georgetown.
Nice and comfy enviroment with unexpectedly good breakfast.
Would recommend to anyone this this 3 star hotel.

The experience is average, the room facilities are average, and the furniture can't just show it's old-fashioned, it can show its taste with care. I don't know if the front desk service (Indian customer service) is aimed at Chinese people. Anyway, there is no smiling face, very uncomfortable and cold. Not recommended, not recommended, not recommended.

The hotel environment is really beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious. The hair dryer in the room was broken and resolved in time. The location is good, it is easy to take a taxi, it is also close to the attractions, and there are many delicious food nearby.
