The staffs were good and helpful during the stay. We had evening tea and breakfast. Food was great too. Room was spacious and clean. Overall was a nice stay.

one of the best service hotel. receptionist were friendly and basically all the staffs were very friendly and nice.
wide variety of breakfast selection. room were clean and well maintained. definitely will stay again if i visit penang again! highly recommended.
