location is great! - hotel is in between 2 malls with tons of things to do/see. Gurney drive hawker was of a walkable distance. Amenities were impeccable! Would definitely come back to stay again!

The staffs were good and helpful during the stay. We had evening tea and breakfast. Food was great too. Room was spacious and clean. Overall was a nice stay.

wide variety of breakfast selection. room were clean and well maintained. definitely will stay again if i visit penang again! highly recommended.

The rooftop pool was really nice. We stayed there during Chinese Year, so there were fireworks going off all over the place and it was a great view.
