Seamless check in and front desk staff is very helpful. Walking distance to malls & surrounded by tons of local food delights. Sky bar at 31 floors is awesome with stunning views of Penang.

Love the big and cozy room. Even though it’s a bit aged hotel, overall is good. Upgrade the rooms with newer plug with USB, and or with OTG connect wireless to TV would be best and more bright Color carpets is better for my personal preference
