The owner wants to charge 1/2 the total price of room for WiFi. I asked him about WiFi and he was very rude about it saying he is a keyboard hero and all I did was ask for clarification and he started calling me names. He told me to call Agoda and I asked for number but he wouldn’t give it to me and called me more names. I showed him on TripAdvisor it says free WiFi and he called me more names. People smoke in the halls and it stinks and he blocked me so he didn’t fix the problem. I have never had someone reply like this. Pretty pathetic management. I’m not sure how old they are but they act about 3.
