The aircond is not cool. We Report at the counter, said the maintenance will check. But when we come back, it's still the same. Nothing different. Will not stay again.

Mulai hari ni hotel ni di senaria hitam. Staff kaunter teruk. Hanya sebab cancel booking sebab ada kecemasan staff membebel kononnya gaji di tolak sebab refund cancel booking padahal pihak hotel yang setuju untuk refund.. bila check in sekali lagi staff bagitahu tiada booking dalam list. What?? Lepas 3jam booking dan bayar online masih belum masuk dalam sistem??? Staff suruh tunggu lagi 2 jam untuk check in...pada masa yang sama booking hotel lain dan bayar online..tak sampai 20 minit sudah boleh check in di hotel lain.. staff memang sengaja SIDAI customer hanya di sebabkan aku cancel booking dan minta refund..

ข้ามเรือไปจะเป็นอู่รถเมล์ ข้ามถนนไปเป็นรร.สีขาวโดดเด่นหาง่าย พนักงานบริการดี ห้องดีทำความสะอาดทุกวัน นอนหลับสบาย มีน้ำดื่มวันละ2ขวด มีโต๊ะรีดผ้าเตารีด ไดร์เป่าผม
เดินไปที่ดีเที่ยวใกล้ๆ ปีนังเล็กเดินถึงกันหมด แนะนำรร.นี้คุ้มราคา ถ้ามาปีนังจะมาพักที่นี่อีก
