The hygiene is very poor, there is a lot of dust, the bathroom is not clean, there are hair and stains. The sheets in the room had stains and hair. . One night a giant cockroach even appeared. . The location is good and the front desk staff is very friendly.

There are old houses that are over 100 years old that have been renovated throughout the area. The interior decoration of the hotel is very new and comfortable. The room is large, clean and tidy. The bed was great to sleep on. The overall service is also very good. There are a bunch of restaurants, snacks and night markets nearby. Very convenient.

One of the male front desk staff was very rude. It was clear that the customer had a ￥100 deposit in the hotel, enough to deduct the ￥50 cleaning fee, he stopped a pregnant woman holding her child, and did not let me get on the car, and questioned me rudely, and kept repeating two sentences: is you? Is you? And fixed? What’s that mean The reason was that I checked in too late on the first day, and found stains on the quilt cover, but because the check-in time was too late, the room cleaning staff had already left work, so the cleaning staff in the corridor the next morning asked to change the quilt cover, they questioned me on the spot why I didn’t tell them when I checked in😳It was a Malaysian holiday at the time, and the room was full...Finally, it took a long time to communicate before it was changed.  (13th) Two days later, my child accidentally stained the quilt. I left a note to politely request, but they actually threw away my note and wrapped the stain inside. Did they replace it for me? When I went back, I found out. I negotiated with them and they said they had already replaced it two days ago. (Note: I stayed for a total of five days.) Later, I had to contact Ctrip. I communicated with the front desk staff, and they reluctantly changed it for me. (15th) The next day at noon, I took a taxi and waited for the taxi in the lobby for 15 minutes. The manager and the front desk staff were in the hotel lobby. They did not negotiate with me. Later, when I was holding my child and preparing to get in the taxi, a male staff member stopped me and asked me: Are you the one who said there were stains on the bed sheet a few days ago? Is it you? Is it you? My mind was blank at the time, and I responded: it’s ok, We fixed. He kept asking me: fixed? Fixed? What is the meaning of fixed! I told him that in my opinion, the matter has been resolved. Then he asked me if it was my son who made the stain. They told me that they needed 50 MYR for cleaning fee, assuming that I had paid 100 MYR when I checked in, which was enough to deduct the cleaning fee, and I had not yet checked out. Actually, they could have called me in my room to discuss this matter, or rang the doorbell, conversed with me face to face, or left a memo in the room to discuss the cleaning fee. I could accept paying the cleaning fee, but I could not accept being stopped on the way and questioned, which was too ugly. Later, I was so angry about this matter, I took the cash to him, and told him the above proposal, he actually said how could I know when I was in the room, and your mobile phone could not be reached (Ctrip customer service could call me when communicating with me), anyway, he just made a bunch of excuses. The point is that the hotel manager was always there, watching him being rude to customers and not doing anything. Finally, when we were arguing more and more, he showed up to stop the employee's rude behavior! There are better options nearby. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in.
