The room was quite small. Not much place to put out bags and luggage. Found dust on the air con, the sitting couch was dirty. The only good thing is the location and the price I had paid for.

I encountered the rudest receptionist during check-in. No greeting, lack of professionalism and constantly gaslighting you. Breakfast is not good, limited choices only so don’t bother to add-on. No toothbrush provided despite it’s listed on the confirmation. Facilities are minimum but good location. I do not recommend this hotel in general.

We love the hotel location, nearby CAT free bus line station which we knew by surprise as well. Hotel is also nearby food resto or stalls, walking distance. Room is spacious enough for both of us. And clean. Bed is comfy as well not too soft and not too hard. Will definitely recommend for people to stay in Georgetown area. Will come back. Thank you.

The hotel location isn’t that great but it’s still within the city area. Front desk service is good. We book just for a night to try out and see if we can book again the next round but the experience wasn’t that good and will give this hotel a missed next time.
We’re given a no window in the middle of the hotel room with not much space and not much amenities and no slippers for within the room use. We won’t know if there’s a fire broke out when the alarm or the water sprinkler malfunction.
The rack in the toilet was directly above the toilet seat even when there’s ample space to place in the toilet as it was spacious inside. Too little hanger and place to hang for a family room.

Overall ok, but the floor is not cleaned for you every day. If there is more than half of the water bottle, it will not be replaced and provided for you. You need to find the information desk by yourself.
