Sky Hive Cozy Apartment Suite, Georgetown

When I check-in, 1 aircond unit was leaking, wet all over the floor and the small box below the aircond giving annoying sound even it is switch off. Immediately called up the owner, the housekeeping came in to do the mopping and that evening the tech came and repair. We were out for dinner when they came, but its repaired. However, when we came in, the living room aircond leaked, it as about 10pm. Called her up again and she told they will get the housekeeper come to do the cleaning up. Told them to come in next day. The tech came earlier next day, repaired done. We were out though. Happy with the immediate service but advice to the owner, please checked all the facilities inside the apartment before getting in guests to the apartment. Till then, good job and nice view from the 19th floor...

The condo was spacious, clean, fully-furnished, and well-kept. Communication was well-attended and clear. The sea-view and washing machine are extras that we truly appreciated.

The place has good potential— great location and amenities! However, perhaps due to pandemic, it has fallen under neglect. Some updates and maintenance with more focus on housekeeping would greatly help. The apartment had cockroaches, and bedsheets, pillows and towels were past their prime — worn out, some rips as well, broken dining chair was the sole furniture in the balcony

Like: area is OK, apartment was big enough, wifi was good, nice to have a StarBuck there. Did not like: the apartment felt old and dated. A couple of stains here and there adding to the feeling. I expected more for the price. There is nobody for the check-in, we were not able to leave our luggage there (at noon) while visiting and going for lunch on our day or arrival, which was a problem for us. Had to wait for the room to be ready. I would not go back.
