Terrible hotel, the worst staff I have ever met, very terrible rooms, they do not give water, soap, nothing. It's never been worse

This place was disgusting. It was the worst in our Asia trip. Private checking with them means that you have to call them and wait. We didn’t have a phone to call on, so we had to ask random people on the street if we could make a call from their phone. There’s no internet anywhere in the building. No staff members at the place except the cleaner, who was rude, she wouldn’t even say hi to us. The bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs in them. The hotel just changed its name, probably to try to get away with all the complaints they received. Their new name is Spot On 90123 Rainbow Guesthouse.

La atención no fue buena, tuvieron problemas para encontrar mi reserva y me preguntaron muchas veces mi booking reference para poder encontrarla, además la información para hacer el check in al llegar tampoco es clara. Sacando eso, el lugar está aceptable para el precio y la ubicación es muy buena, habitación limpia y baño aceptable
