攜程訂房，的確絕大多數都是被區別對待的，第一次給的房間如下圖，太過分，和圖片不一樣，然後又去換。在最遙遠的走廊盡頭，記得沒錯應該是818房間，前台給你就直接換，窗外就是一堵高牆，和對面大樓的巨大的空調外機和換風口，聲音可想而知。

Everything was great, but the room air conditioning wasn't cooling in the evening; it was warm. Hotel management, please address this.

This is an old hotel, very close to Blue House. It takes around 35 minutes to go to Penang International Airport by Grab. Some restaurants and eateries are not far from the hotel. You can find many food vendors for dinner at Red Garden where is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Red Garden opens at 5:30 pm. The furnitures are old and screen of flat TV is very small. Good thing is that there is a BBC new channel.
