Indeed, this hotel is very good even its older age building, but the maintenance is of tip top quality condition. I would say, old but elegantly classy, much better than new hotel buildings or rooms. Staffs are excellent, food quality is good and adequate. So I give them very good 5 stars.

Very good hotel, very comfortable and clean. Location is excellent, just right at Penang popular Gurney Drive. I have stayed here before, and definitely will come again.
