First of all, I would like to affirm the service attitude of the hotel staff. They are very enthusiastic, greet you with a smile, and will take the initiative to say hello when they see you. The room hygiene is also good. The hotel has Nanyang characteristics and the public areas are beautiful. However, the courtyard room I booked was too small, and the bed was also very small and short. I was almost 170 feet tall and could hardly fit outside the bed. The pillows were very high and I couldn't sleep well for three consecutive nights because of the uncomfortable pillows. Moreover, my room is above the kitchen of the hotel restaurant. The toilet smells of oil smoke, and the toilet does not have an exhaust system. It is said that it cannot be installed because it is an ancient building. During lunch and dinner time, the sound of the huge range hood in the hotel restaurant kitchen continued for hours. The window of the courtyard room is in tatters (I will attach photos to prove it). What you can see is the tatters above the kitchen, which greatly affects your holiday mood. The contrast with my last hotel is so strong, it feels completely different.
