The location is in the Campbell Street which makes it a very convenient location for us to walk around in the Georgetown. You can get great restaurant and street food all within walking distance. We booked a family room with 2 double beds. The room is small but it is clean. The bathroom is also small but clean. The water flow in the bathroom is good and it dries up very fast. The air conditioner is powerful. One thing that I would like to suggest is to have a handheld shower head as currently there is only 1 rain shower head. If you do not want to get your hair wet when you take the shower, you need to wear a shower cap (which are provided in the room). There is only 2 power points in the room. The hotel provides limited car parks for their customers. The guard is helpful helping us to park our car.

Is a very convenient hotel located at a strategic place. The room is small, but with the price, I think is good enough for us to just shower, sleep. As we are out whole day to explore the city. The shower is strong too.

Very clean, strategic location to many attractions within walking distance, value for money. Friendly staff for check in and guard. The only thing would be toilet /shower room was just fit my size caused I booked a petite room. Great nice stay, keep up the good work 👍

The hotel feels genuine and classic.
There is a 100 rtg deposit.
shower water isn't very hot.

There is no amenities available. The room is small. The room.is really basic but AC works well. No decor in the building.

Security is tight & we feel safe to park our car in front of the hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful in giving us tips of places to eat. The security guard is friendly too. We felt welcome.
Only lacking is a small fridge in the room.

My 3rd time staying at this hotel ,very convenient if bring baby as we staying at the ground floor . Very strategic location, walking distance to many tourist spot ,will book again when next time visit penang
