Total disaster hotel … what is seen online and the actual hotel room is totally
Wanted some window and paid more to book with windows and end up getting a no window room

Facilities: good
Hygiene: The bathroom is very large and will not be cleaned every day. Supplies will be updated and used accordingly.
Environment: Very good. There are many teahouses around, which are cheap and delicious. Very close to Mural Street - about one kilometer

The hotel is well located within walking distance to most of the Georgetown area. Plenty of food options nearby and free parking on-site. The hotel room is old and not that clean, I had to chase a huge cockroach around the room and lots of hair on the carpet. The room definitely needs some work, electrical sockets were coming off, the air con was not working properly and falling apart, the TV was not good and the remote needed new batteries. The hotel apparently had no plates or adapters to lend us and there was nowhere to plug in foreign plugs. The hotel is OK for a short stay, if everywhere else is full. The reception is 24 hours. Overall, the value for money is not good.
