The rooms smell damp. The blanket on the bed feels like it's never washed. The yellow blanket has no cover and we found all kinds of hair in it. Were able to observe that only the white sheets were exchanged. Promises are made by the staff which are not kept. Just hung up on the phone when we wanted to resolve the situation. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. It was just a horror trip.

Average stay. Frequently stayed at this hotel. The price is reasonable and easy to access. Nearby places to get food - near Transfer Road, and other Kopitiam. Only the room, the aircon, there was leaking at the air conditioner. Since we checked in late, no choice but we slept without the air conditioning n used the fan in the room. TV - Okay
