We enjoy the 4 nights stay at this hotel, location near to great cafes and restaurant in Penang eg Makan Pagi, Hin Bus Depot, etc. theres also mall in front of the hotel, mynews etc.

Highly recommend this hotel! It's clean, convenient, and reasonably priced, making it the perfect choice for families. There's a large mall and supermarket right across the street, and most of the popular 'net-famous' restaurants are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Great location, very convenient! Upon check-in, we received a welcome gift basket filled with Penang specialties. It's super close to the top attraction, and there are many massage parlors nearby, so you can head straight back to the hotel after a massage. Getting around with Grab is also easy; the airport is about 35-40 minutes away. The hotel also has WhatsApp for easy communication. Plus, you can use the smart TV to watch YouTube/Netflix! The staff are very friendly, and the pool hours are long, closing at 10 PM, so you can even swim after dinner. However, the hotel's hygiene is quite poor; there were stains on the bed sheets and towels.

The hotel staff are very supportive and nice. Harun, the housekeeper, was great. I liked the swimming pool; it's small, but the infinity pool was lovely. The location isn't bad, but I do wonder if it would have been better to be closer to tourist attractions. If you're thinking of a 3-star hotel, you won't be disappointed. One of the best Hotels you can stay at in Penang. Great Location. Rooms are very clean and look quite new. Bed is very comfy and even the Gym Equipment looks like it is rarely used. Pool is nice with an awesome view. 5/5 will visit again
