Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The service really stood out — the staff at check-in and check-out were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making everything smooth and easy. Special thanks to Mr. Hong, Mr. Adi and Mr. Maran! The room was spotless and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop bar was a highlight, with stunning views, and attentive service. The pool area was also amazing — relaxing, clean, and beautifully maintained. Overall, an excellent experience that I would highly recommend to anyone!

This hotel located at central of Georgetown just opposite Komtar. It's very nice view from the swimming pool at level 14. We booked the Serene Suite has two bathrooms and very spacious cosy unit. The room is clean but cushion sofa don't seem to have cleaned so there's a smell. Crew service are very friendly and welcoming guests. Overall we enjoyed our 4 nights stays. They also offer shuttle to nearby breakfast spot.

This is 2nd time I stayed with this hotel. Overall still maintained as the hotel name express with the special car park system and also the acrylic swimming from 13 floors height.

the services and location was good but still need to improve the cleanliness. Some tiny corner area is dusty. I entered my room and noticed the floor still wet, maybe they just mopped the floor.

Overall quite comfortable stay. Suite with 2 rooms was just nice for our family of 4. Extra space was an advantage with a kitchenette facility. Pool was nice even though a bit small. Still good enough for a few quick laps and views from pool was nice. Service is good. Staff is efficient and responsive when we requested for extra pillows, towels etc. Location is near to popular eateries but most convenient to drive or Grab around unless don’t mind walking a bit further.

Great view in this hotel, the room size is much bigger than I expected! Recommend!
But the washing machine and the dryer need to improve
