It's much worse than what was described. I booked a family room, but there was no space for a large bed and a small bed. The window was next to the inner patio, so I couldn't see anything. The surrounding environment was poor. I went to Penang on a whim and didn't choose a good hotel. I don't recommend this hotel. It's a long way from everywhere and inconvenient.

I didn't sleep well on the first night because I had a room facing the street. After complaining, I immediately changed to a quiet room. Everything else was very nice. There was a washing machine, a cafe and a refrigerator for me to put my belongings in! The hotel front desk is also very nice

A very good selection even if I do say so myself...Lol. Simple, really clean and in a bustling area of town by day, peaceful at night. The staff were really nice and the check in/out process was super quick.
A new cafe has opened in the hotel and the coffee is 'gold', plus the space is very sleek. With the amenities onsite, if you were a digital nomad then here's an excellent staging point if you're looking at Penang as a base.
