Location is very strategic. Next time if I go to Penang, I'll definitely book here again. I went to Nasi Kandar Imigresen & Tea Kadai by walking only. Many viral places near this hotel so you don't need to worry about parking. Just park your car near the hotel & walk around. Staff is very friendly. Luckily, we can check in at 12pm instead of 3pm.

Perfect stay! Receptionist is very accommodative and friendly! The room is cosy and clean and quiet. Many eateries nearby. Convenient to walk to many of the tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

Check in experience is very bad, try to check in 11pm, no people at the counter, we have waited some time. No choice we have to go out and come back later. After came back ask us to wait until midnight then only can check in due to system problem, and we are so tired. Worst check in experience ever! But one of the good point, the cleanliness of the room is good.

Fantastic location. Street parking was easy to get come evening. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated, however the bathroom fan and air-conditioner filters were rather dusty.

Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean and short stay in George Town. Room is quite small but comfortable for a single person who is using the hotel mainly for a night rest.

The location is very good, near to many restaurants around. many other tour destinations also with walking distance. overall hotel is very reasonable price around there and very clean with best staff. will come back again. and introduce to friend.

Very nice experience with Bishop Inn. Clean, friendly staff and good location. Can go cafe Hideout for breakfast, we also takeaway for our friends in Penang too. You can enjoy live band at Stories Kitchen & Bar.

Hotel Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is quite convenient, being near the jetty, which makes it easy to catch boats and explore the surrounding area. However, the hotel was very noisy during my stay. There were many guests from India, and the noise levels, particularly in the evenings and early mornings, were quite high. This made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, this might not be the best choice. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

The place did not have proper parking, therefore for does who used car you might have difficulty on finding parking.

Service is good by the evening receptionist, helpful info. Rooms is okay, but some spots are not clean.
