The location is good, near to go anywhere. Have restaurants nearby, and the room is clean, staff are friendly

Location is quite good with 20 mins walk to Art street. Grab only RM 6. Very new and clean . Very convenient for food and for vegetarian too. Extended 1 more night of stays. The only problem is no tissue paper is provided

One of the worst sleeping experience ever. First of all, they installed the air-con right upon the TV, which the air-con LED light is too bright that hardly allow me to sleep in dark condition. Secondly, as the aircon air blow directly to my head whole night, which I tried to adjust quick a few times, but it still blow air to my head while sleeping, which is terribly annoying (windows aren’t allow to open, couldn’t switch off the aircon for fresh air) Thirdly, the engine of aircon keep making “tat tat” noises whole night…… Lastly, the noises from room next door and above could be clearly heard, especially at midnight when the room next door going to washroom, I can hear clearing they flushes the toilet and closing the door. It is not the fault of the staff, but the hardware of the hotel is really bad that customers could hardly fall asleep. Please reconsider visiting this hotel if you are an easy waking person.

Veno Hotel is within walking distances to many eating and the market places. The hotel is clean and staffs are helpful and polite. The cleaning staffs are good in keeping the room clean and replacing water and towels as required

The hotel is new and spacious. I like the big beds given to us during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was good and it would be perfect if there are more shelves provided. Only thing is there was no tissue paper provided. Overall I still like the hotel and I would book this hotel again.

Réception staff were polite and helpful. First time I’ve stayed here. I generally stay in 5 star hotels but having stayed at the Veno hotel, I will definitely stay here in the future.

Convenient location and walking distance to food stalls. Room is cozy and staff is great.

Everything was fine, staff is friendly, bed is cozy, aircond very strong also. There are water dispensers at lobby. HOWEVER, The toilet bowl got some curly hairs when we just checked in, obviously their cleaning is not doing well. The noise isolation almost non existent, u can hear ppl talking at the corridor, close door sound, knock door sound.

Hotel very clean, parking car also very convenient. Easy to go everywhere for sightseeing. Highly recommend.

This hotel is new and clean, however limited in terms of amenities and facilities. Suitable for a couple of nights though.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).

Hotel is quite new, clean, price is low. The soundproofing is not not good. But overall it's good.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, well, the receptors are very polite. I've moved from Tune Hotel cuz that hotel is very smelly.
