ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงห้องข้างๆ คุยกัน ห้องที่ติดริมถนนจะได้ยินเสียงรถผ่านค่อนข้างชัดเจน ไม่มีการทำความสะอาดห้องให้ตลอดการเข้าพัก มีป้ายติดไว้ว่าหากต้องการให้ทำความสะอาดจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม ไม่มีน้ำดื่มในห้องพัก มีแต่ตู้กดน้ำให้บริการที่ชั้นล่าง ทำเลสะดวกใกล้ท่าเรือและท่ารถโดยสาร ไม่มีเคาเตอร์ต้อนรับ แต่สามารถติดต่อกับผู้ให้บริการทางโปรแกรม Line ซึ่งได้รับการช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี สามารถฝากกระเป๋าไว้หลังจากเช็คเอาท์ได้
